The Birth of a Vision

It all started at Chetan’s place where a vision was born. After six months of relentless hard work and countless late nights, the first digital signage was conceived. This marked the beginning of Addition Technologies, founded by Chetan and later joined by Kumaraswamy & Satish.

Launch of All-in-one Kiosk

There was a sudden rise in adoption of self-serve kiosks in QSRs and restaurants post COVID and we at GoSelfServe turned the pandemic into a golden opportunity. We launched the All-in-one Kiosk in early 2021. The first installation for a QSR on World IoT Day, April 9th, 2021, symbolized our commitment to bridging the offline-online gap for QSRs, banks, showrooms, and retail outlets.The legendary Veena Stores adopted GoSelfServe kiosks to manage queues after expanding their food joint.

Growth Supercharged

By the end of 2022, our GMV grew tenfold, and the number of orders processed grew eightfold. More and more restaurant brands started using our kiosks. We enhanced our kiosk functionality with advanced smart door sensors, human detection sensors, and printer paper sensors.

Year of AI

We launched AI-powered features like an AI item recommendation engine to boost sales, generate MIS reports in seconds, and process photos instantly. Rameshwaram Cafe adopted our self-serve kiosks across all their branches. Our GMV hit an all-time high and the number of orders of reached new heights.

Interactive Digital Signage Software Launch

Satish is a second-time entrepreneur with a proven track record in the automotive, retail, and F&B industries. 80% of businesses in India happen offline and Satish aims to digitize in-store touchpoints for offline businesses to enhance the digital customer experience. He heads sales, business development, and finance. The wave of SelfServe has just begun in India, and Satish believes it is the future of retail, restaurants, banks and showrooms.

Chetan Patil

Founder & CTO

Visionary behind GoSelfServe’s cutting-edge solutions. With a robust background as a technical enthusiast, Chetan has dedicated over 8 years to building groundbreaking products, including rapid prototyping machines, IoT devices, and interactive kiosks and digital signages. He heads product strategy, design, development and marketing. Chetan aims to bridge the online and offline business gap using a digital experience suite.

K Kumaraswamy

Co-founder & COO

Dynamic leader with a deep passion for VLSI and Embedded Systems. His enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring has made him a pivotal figure in the engineering community. As the head of operations, after-sales support, customer success, and production, Kumaraswamy ensures excellence at every stage. His impressive background includes a significant role at the Engineering Staff College of India (ESCI).

VP of Engineering & AI

Passionate about AI, Blockchain, and Decentralized Identity (DID). He has spearheaded groundbreaking R&D initiatives across leading startups and global giants like Microsoft. He serves as a Blockchain mentor for IIT Madras and an esteemed AI Faculty member at McCombs Texas University, hosted by Great Learning.
