Here are the simple operational steps of Aidio SelfServe Kiosks

  1. The SelfServe Kiosk displays the Menu items
  2. Customers have to select an item of their choice using the interactive display screen
  3. On successful selection of the item, the total cost of the items booked is displayed
  4. Customers have to use QR-Code based UPI app in their mobile phones and make the payment
  5. On successful payment, thermal printer prints the receipt
  6. Submit the receipt/token at the food counter and collect the food
